Not specifically that I know of. I do know that there is a Holt's Cigar store at 15 and Walnut. Very big selection. |

there's a cigar shop on Delaware Ave - Not in Northern Liberties but not far at all and parking is a lot easier than Center City if you're driving. Heads towards Home Depot - it's on your right before the Staples I believe. |

If anyone wants to put up the capital, it's actually always been a dream of mine to open a cigar shop/coffeeshop/cigar bar. I would gladly navigate the Philly red tape and we'd both make money, as that is a spot that is glaringly missing from the NL/Fishtown scene. |
