Frozen Trucks on 2nd and wildey st

Is there anybody knows about those noisy frozen truck?
they run engine all night, I think that they did it last summer, too.

it is amazingly ridiculous.

They monitor, track and hunt the Predator from inside those trucks... a necessary evil, I'm afraid.

I was going to make a Dexter joke for misdirection; but since Snugz brought it up....

This is supposed to be only known to those of us with "Viper" or "Gary Busey" level security clearance, but the Danny Glover character in Predator II was based on Charles Ramsey. Ram's gonna personally kick the Predator "off the frickin' planet." Nutter brought him in to the Philly PD knowing the Predator/Ramsey grudge, and the real-life summer blockbuster played out in Philly streets such a grudge entails, would lead to boffo tourism stats.
