four-pages circular from 1907

Hi!
May name is Daniel and I am writhing some pages about scouting in my country, Sweden. To this I want also some historical information and I found your very god and very well organised web pages. Thank you for you effort!!!

There is how ever a question I have and it is about this... (I copy it from the pages about "Brother Organisations")

"In 1907, B-P went off to the Egyptian Sudan, the last task he was to undertake as Inspector-General of Cavalry. He used the voyage to work on a comprehensive draft of his new scheme and had it finished just before his ship docked in Port Said on 5th February, 1907.
It included the following:- "It (Scouting) is intended to be applicable - and not in opposition - to any existing organisation for boys, such as schools, Boys' Brigades, messengers, cadet corps etc., or it can supply an organisation of its own...."
The draft resulted in two four-page circulars sent out on 9th May, 1907, "

Now to my question, this four-page circular, can I read them some where? I would like to read more of the content and the context.

Again thanks for your work I have really enjoined and learned a lot by reading you're web pages.

God bless!

/ Daniel
