Tour to Canada

The tour to Canada from 1st May to 7th May 2009 is a starter. Early in June I will be booking 22 flights of which 20 are for players.

I am asking the Webmaster to put a feature on the web all about the Tour with all the salient details.

But I still have not had confirmation of deposits paid from John Eustace, Marc Root and Pawel. Talk to me please!!

The latest recruits are Moose and Will and we have already had deposits from them!

Watch this space and if you want to sigb on you had better talk to me sharpish.

Re: Tour to Canada

Rotten luck about being redundant, Ollie. We would really love you to be a tourist and I think it will be a great tour. Talk to me and we will see if we can make it viable for you. I don't have to say how many flights we need until 7th June, so there's still a bit of time

Re: Tour to Canada

Ollie no doubt Mr Kidson will see your message ad have a word with you about what can be done to help you so speak to him as soon as you can.

You have to be on that tour because we need a ****ed good cockfighter and chatter up of women which you demonstrated so well in Belgium last season.

Re: Tour to Canada

Well done, Deano, you are most welcome to the party. I know of course you are only going so you can erase Lawrence Bill's police caution so he can get his permanent visa and work permit!

Re: Tour to Canada

I know this is a huge mistake but the webpage about the tour and the thought of the Ollie Brooks Show has persuaded me to throw my life away and get on the plane to Toronto too. Do they have extra large seats?
As a (senior) tour virgin I know I am in for a hell of a time. I can hear Sangiuseppe's evil laughter from here.
I'll bring my deposit tonight.

Re: Tour to Canada

No Roberto this does no tmean the not-so-great-Cooper will be playing. I will be spending my time crying quietly in the corner after having been abused as a tour virgin. After having taken hoorendous advantage of many of the players on other tours I fear I am in for major trouble.

Re: Tour to Canada

Tour virgin??? Hmmm I forgot about that!!!! Am sure having been on a tour before, regardless of which club it was with, negates the status of "tour virgin" when you go with a new club.. Am I right or am I just right in it???

Re: Tour to Canada

Ok I'll take this in order.

Rob I can go off people.
Joe, you ARE a tour virgin. Get used to it. It will be horrendous.
Ollie, you are a God. Folkestone RFC is in the heart.
Eustace just remember I ALWAYS get my revenge and it can be terrifying.

By the way, let's not forget that the Oirish pugilist's son, O'Connor is also going and he is very definitely a virgin. In fact with Wilson, O'Connor and myself we must have the oldest virgins ever.

Re: Tour to Canada

Any more for the Skylark?
This tour is growing by the minute. After Ollie, Deano and Cooperman we have Russell Barnes (the cerebral half of the Barnes siblings) coming now. Rumour has it that Tony Hughes, Kev Mackenzie and Don Turner are waiting in the wings.
Final closing date for logging on is 8th June, so put in your bids, gentlemen.
"Roll up, roll up, any more for the Skylark?"

Re: Tour to Canada

James, if it is you, I was given the clear impression, by Steve and yourself that your Dad, you and Drew would not be coming for cost and other commitments reasons.
Talk to Phil or me urgently to tell us what you are now wanting to do and then decide quickly.
As Phil says, it would be nice to have you aboard

Well done, James. It is becoming the done thing to do in the club at the moment and the total has gone up from 22 people to 32 in a week.
Tell Drew to make up his mind as quickly as he can. The list closes next week.

Re: Tour to Canada

Can someone decode the last entry for me, please?

The tour is now up to 36 travelling and 3 joining us out there.New joiners are Drew and Steve W (your worst fears realised Phil), James Deekes and Matt Weatherley.I have got their flights at the same price which was a stroke of luck and Christian has struck a fabulous deal with Radisson Hotels, including free use of pools and gyms.

As so few of you are used to staying in 4 star hotels we will be running compulsory training courses on which knife and fork to use and how to cover up your dangly bits going to the pool.

We now have two full sides on paper. I will have to lay on another couple of matches. So get training.
