Folkestone Triennial - Tales of Time and Space

This Saturday sees the first day of the Roger de Haan inspired 'Folkestone Triennial'. 23 'works of modern art' will/have been placed/constructed around Folkestone from the Leas to the East Cliff and will be available for viewing from Saturday until September 14th

For full information including an advance copy of the Triennial leaflet visit www.folkestonetriennial.org.uk

This Friday 13 June there is the Folkestone Triennial Launch Fireworks at 10.30pm in Folkestone Harbour - they can be viewed along Folkestone's coastline. This will be a special firework display to celebrate the start of the Folkestone Triennial. Good views of the fireworks will be possible along Folkestone's coastline - from the East Cliff to the Leas and beyond.

Roger de Haan has spent the last three years or so planning this event and I would encourage all club members to support this venture, which is another of Roger's initiatives to help secure the town's future.
