Hi, well in most softwares that can make such animations there is usualy a tool to place a center point or some such point on the image. It is not easy but you have to find a common spot on the sprites that does not change from one image to the next as much as possible. Then its just fine tuning after that. That is the way I do it in The Game Factory. But I know not all programs allow you to do so. What are you trying to use the sprites in ? TGF or RPG maker ? or just plain animated .GIF ?
