THUS i can conclude that the IQ of a 3'8'' dwarf is 66.

hmmm, interesting........no.6 is the number the bible associates with man. (man was apparently 'created' on the 6th day.) 666 is the devils number.....so your dwarf.....must be....a.............HUMAN DEVIL! MWAHAHAHA.
