FUNDING REQUEST
I have drafted the following plea for desperately needed funding for our additional kenneling, please feel free to comment: As you may have read in a recent issue of The Fife Herald, Greyhound Rescue Fife has recently sourced much needed extra kennel space at Union Farm near Cupar. We rescue Greyhounds from tracks all over central Scotland and rehome them from our Fife kennels. We are completely self funded, continually running at a loss in order to save dogs' lives, therefore, with the additional costs further kennels, we are in desperate need of funds. We would be delighted to have your as a sponsor of our new kennels in north Fife. What we can offer in return is as follows; * advertising on our incredibly popular website - this is how JK Rowling found us * a plaque for your premises, detailing your sponsorship * your company's name printed on our dog coats worn at our monthly walks throughout Fife * you may display our name on your website, company documents etc, in turn promoting your commitment to local issues and confirming your company's caring attitude * a quarterly newsletter, which may be distributed to your staff * a plaque with your company's name will be displayed at the kennels * rescued greyhounds will be available to attend open days/company events All of the above will, of course depend on your level of sponsorship. For example, to run one kennel for a year currently costs us £1000. For this amount you will qualify for all of the above. Donations of any amount will, of course be most greatly appreciated and most of the mentioned benefits will apply whatever amount is offered. Finally, thank you most kindly for your time. Does one kennel for £1000 allow them to sponsor both dogs that would be within the kennel or is that the price for just one dog ?

Hi Fiona, I thought it would best to sponsor kennels rather than individual dogs, as the kennels are constant. So in answer to your question, £1000 is the amount we need to cover costs for 2 dogs per annum.
