Re: Marathon & Distance Training session

Hi Nick

The marathon and distance sessions can be quite pacey and/or quite long sometimes so if you turn up on the wrong day it could be very off putting.

My advice is try and turn up to a Tuesday or Thursday session first before you dive in at the deep end. That way you can meet some of us, work out who runs at your pace and find out about what we might be planning for the weekend(s) ahead.

If you come along, ask for the membership secretary Dave Sedgeley (his e-mail address is on the web site)who will help you feel at home. Alternatively feel free to ask for me.
