Mens 2008/09 Cross Country Season

Hi All

The Autumn and Winter are approaching fast so its time to dust off those spike's and off road shoe's for the new cross country season. The league dates for this year are:

26th Oct - Dubstable
23rd Nov - Leighton
21st Dec - North Herts
4th Jan - Ampthill
Feb ? - East Haddon

We would like to field a strong team for each race and reach one of the national finals at the end of the season.

As Val has said this is very much a team event with all abilities welcomed and everybody counts! The more people we have running, the better chance we have of doing well.

The race's entry is free to all Flyers members and all the races are friendly and sociable(free sandwich's, cake, and tea afterwards) So if you would like a number for any or all the race's let me (timharris20@hotmail.com /01525 714367 ), Val(valvonarx@fsmail.net / Tel:01525714039)or Adam Peters know.

Also keep an eye on the forum for the date's of the upcoming Cross Country training sessions.

Hope to see you all at the first race on the 26th October at Dunstable

Thanks

Tim Harris

Re: Mens 2008/09 Cross Country Season

Will you be getting numbers for all those who raced last year, or should we confirm our interest again?

Either way - I'm up for it again.
