Circuit Training

Hi Martin Beare said I should put this message on to see if anyone was interested.I am a circuit trainer/personal trainer.Have been running classes for about 15 years. My classes are for all levels of fitness.I run three classes in Luton but would be able to run a class for The flyers on either Thursday or Friday evening 6.30-7.30.If you have a hall I can use I will bring the equiptment.I can do pay per reson or one set fee.Need at least 20 people.I am fully insured.Or you can visit my classes Monday or Wed in Luton we have about 40-50 people men and ladies.Have a look on site www.boxfit-luton.co.uk

Re: Circuit Training

I go to Dave's class on Monday's and can highly recommend them! I could probably make a session on Friday if this could be arranged. Dave is a great trainer and motivator. His sessions would be a fantastic addition to anyone's training schedule.

Re: Circuit Training

Iam bound to be a bit biased as Dave is my coach, but i also go to daves classes and his enthusiasm, encouragement is hard to rival, apart from getting a good work out and strengthening core stability its also fun and enjoyable.
International Athlete Dave Brown has made regular visits in the past to dave,s classes.
If you have not already guessed i think this would be a top idea.

Re: Circuit Training

Paul and I would be up for it. Could do with this kind of session to help tone those muscles I never thought I had.

Re: Circuit Training

I am definitely up for circuits - but I can't guarentee that I would make all the classes due to work commitments.

Re: Circuit Training

I might be interested in this if it really is for all abilities. I used to go to a class when I lived in MK and really loved it.
