Good luck for the season lads, I see you have a tough opening month, but I have heard good things about the new management & expect a successful season from The Archers!

We had to get a new kit chris after giving you your no.7 shirt, Look forward to seeing you down at the rec when your visiting Mar and Par, you missed the golf day on sunday i left a message for you but you never got back to me so no change there. im going to score more this season already have 3 under my belt from preseason and im looking for double figures this season

It’s true about this forum – we need to get more people using it again. At least you can keep in touch this way.

Thanks for the kind words – it’s gonna be a tough season once again, but we have strengthened the squad with some quality new signings. First game against AFC Grinstead – they are an unknown quantity, but I should think they are pretty **** good to go straight in at Div 3!

Lets hope the weather holds out this year so that we actually get to play some football. I think that was a real problem for us last year (as it was most teams!).

We will expect to see you up at The Recreation Ground at some point this season and have forwarded a couple of the pics taken from Sunday.

Am I right in thinking that AFC Grinstead are last seasons Marriners, so they are probably a strong team! What went wrong on Saturday?

Also see the 2nds are very strong, Lucey & Nails in there eh, fair play!

Wolvey I did get your message, but I told Babre I couldnt make it, I was moving house!!

I see East Court got stuffed too, what was that about?
