I take pride in being very skeptical in my role as a paranormal investigator. While I try to keep an open mind, I need proof to make me believe. In my years of pursuing the paranormal, I've found more than enough to let me know that there is something else out there. Ghosts and spirits are real, I've seen them, I've heard them.
The same cannot be said for my religious beliefs. While I would not quite call myself an Aetheist, I am on the fence. Like I said earlier, I do have an open mind. I'm willing to accept anything, but I need proof. I've saw ghosts. I've never saw God. That is probably not the best way to look at things but that is just how I am, I can't/won't change that. I never try to push my own beliefs on someone else, and I expect the same.
I find it hard to believe that there can be a Heaven or a Hell when spirits are roaming among us on Earth. It would be very hard to convince me otherwise. I would love to believe, as most of the world does, that it can just be so simple: live good, go to Heaven. Be bad and you go to Hell. I just think that there is much more to it that we don't know.
I did not start this post to offend anyone, but it was suggested to get a point of view from an Atheist paranormal investigator. I'm probably as close to that as we have, so I have volunteered my two-cents. Thanks for listening, I'd appreciate any positive feedback, anything negative please keep to yourself,
