removal of epidural catheters and clexane

We currently wait 6 hours from the last dose of clexane until the epidural catheter is removed. My anaesthetic collegues want to change this to 12 hours. However my quick glance at the research doesn't seem to be very conclusive!
I just wondered what other people did, and does any one advise on when the next dose of clexane should be given after epidural removal.

Hope to see some fresh points of view, however there is also an old thread on this topic that has some good references etc.
