Pain assessment tool
I am a staff nurse in a hospice looking to revamp our pain assessment tool as part of the degree pain module. Would appreciate any comments if anyone has found one they like/dislike, and why. Any helpful comments welcome!

I have just completed this course and reviewed the LANSS tool for neuropathic pain. There is quite alot of literature about it even though it is new. It is v easy to use. If you want some refs then mail me.
