Assessment Tools
We are currently looking at the way we manage patients with long-term pain who are admitted to our acute trust. Does anyone have any standard assessment tools which they use for these patients in the acute setting? We currently use a long questionnaire for our outpatients, but would be keen to hear from anyone who uses anything shorter for in-patients. Thanks |
