Nerve blocks
Hi. Due to an influx of new anaesthetists we are seeing an increase in nerve blocks run as infusions over a few days. Does anybody have any guidelines that they would be willing to share. |

Re: Nerve blocks
hi Sharon what type of nerve blocks are you currently using ? for which patients?? i have guidelines for lumbar plexus infusions, and many of our anaesthetists here use nerve infusions as part of a multi modal analgesia regieme for post op orthopaedic patients. very interested to see a post about fascia iliaca blocks for #NOF patients, lots of research going on in that area. sonia |
