Not stictly pain related (well OK not pain related at all) - but I know from conversations that others have had concerns over the NMC

I think any 'normal' nurse that has had any dealings with the NMC, their palatial offices*, or millions of miles of red tape will be far from supprised about this.

(*these just show where my registration fee has gone)

Sadly the NMC is about as far removed from the real world of nursing as it is possible to get.
