Diamond? The name Marjory seems to keep popping up. Why was the house in their name? mike book page 112: In 1995, "Jodi and I built a house in Oldsmar. I had money from the mal-practice award, and Jodi sold her house and the rental properties she owned. We put the new house in her name, No contracts between us, nothing. It was the best gesture I could have made." "jodi and I built a house," "WE" put the new house in her name," Funny he didn't want the house in his name too. What was he trying to avoid by not putting the house in his name too? Since mike was still legally married to Terri wasn't he legally responsible for ANY and ALL bills Terri had? Wouldn't Terri have been part owner in the house if mike's name would have been on the house too since they were still legally married as marital property? Any and all money mike made before Terri's death was also considered marital property. Did mike put marital assets into that house? Wasn't Terri on state assistance? |

Jodi owned more than one house. The one that she and Michael Schiavo had built was the house on Warwick. And the paper work for that house was started July 2, 1993. The same month Michael says in his book that he met Jodi. But he is so forgetful. You can't hold him to nothing he says. Tell you,Pinellas County has a lot of 'rats' who know how to hide stuff such as deeds ,and other stuff in court documents. Some of the things they do would amaze you. |

Michael said that the first house he and Jodi built for each other was in 1995. Building a house takes time, which means Michael would have had to put in the paperwork at least year may even 2 years before. It would be great if you could produce this document showing that Michael was involved in personal business deals (using his LOC money) to build a house for Jodi. This would explain why Michael became very angry when asked if he had the personal funds to send Terri to Shanes. If Michael was wrapped up in housing business deals with his money, he certainly didn't want to use it to help Terri. This would also go back on her personal commitments to build a house for the Schindlers in which they could live with Terri and take care of her. Michael claimed in his book and testmony that he didn't have the money to pursue those goals. It seems that Michael had no problem building a house for Jodi. |

If this is true, then this is very disturbing. By the summer of 1993 only about 5 months after he recieved the money from Mal trial, Michael was doing the following things: - Michael was using his personal funds to begin purchasing a house for him and Jodi. - Michael was developing a serious relationship with Jodi. - Michael's interest in Terri's recovery was essentially gone. - Michael had placed a file in the funeral home for Terri. - Michael had had Terri's cats destroyed. - Michael had melted down Terri's wedding rings. - Michale had went back of every commitment he had made to Schindlers and at the Mal Trial. Very sweet! |

First, Walter I hope the size of the text is better for you. Second, what, exactly, would you like proof of? If you don't know it by now Michael Schiavo has proved himself to be a habitual liar [ A liar that is incapable of admitting to the truth] Of course, he can't keep his stories straight he's told so many versions of the story. And you expect people to give you proof when everything about the public execution of Terri Schiavo was based on lies? Would you like to see a copy of the court property document showing that Michael and Jodi's paperwork for the house they had built was started in 1993? It will give you something to talk about on your 'home' board.
