Michael Schiavo has a Mind of Convince
Michael was asked "When was the last time you saw her before her collapse on February 25, 1990?" Michael answered " The last time I saw her?" "Yes, sir." Michael answered" The 24th." "What time of day did you see her on the 24th?" Michael Schiavo answered "Late at night." The questions and answers were taken from Michael Schiavo's NOVEMBER 5, 1992 DEPOSITION. In order for Michael Schiavo to have seen Terri"late at night" on February 24th He would have had to come home before midnight. He also states that he worked from 10:00 in the morning to 10:00 or 11:00 at night. So, in order to have seen Terri "late at night" on February 24th, he,if he had went to work, would have seen Terri between 10:00PM and 12:00 midnight. But, then again "don't hold him to anything he says" he made it clear he's not good with times and dates.... Yet he remembered after the settlement money [over a 2 million dollar award]was in ,and 7 yrs after Terri's collapse that she didn't won't to live with a feeding tube. |

Michael did give a conflicting statement on this part suggesting that he saw Terri earlier that day. Michael was asked what time of day he saw her on the 24th and Michael said it was late at night. However, earlier testimony suggests he saw her much earlier in the day: 21 Q. That was a Saturday, was it, not the 24th? 22 A. Yes. 23 Q. So, she did not work; is that correct? 24 A. No, she didn't. 25 Q. What time did you get up to go to work? ___ 43 1 A. Being it was a Saturday, Friday night I probably 2 got home late, I usually don't get up until 10:00, 10:30. 3 Q. Okay. Do you recall whether or not she was there 4 when you got up? 5 A. No, she usually did her food shopping when I was 6 sleeping. 7 Q. You don't recall seeing her that morning? 8 A. Not that early. |

Janice You and James attempt to prove Michael Schiavo lied in his book over conflicts of time of events and what was said 10 to 15 years earlier. If you and I could be asked what time we wrote or said two weeks ago, could you answer accurately? I can state I can’t remember when and what I said one week ago accurately if at all. |

Questions and the answers given by Michael 1. What time did Michael arrive home the night before Terri's collapse? 10:00pm? 11:00pm? or was it 2:00am? 2. Was Terri awake when Michael came home? Answers - No, don't know, and Yes. Which one was it? 3. Did Michael talk to Terri before going to bed - Answers - No, Yes, and don't Know. Which one was it? 4. Why did Michael wake up? Answers given - He heard a thud, For Some Reason, To Use the bathroom. 5. What time did Michael wake up? Answers given - 4:30am, 5:00am, and 5:30am. 6. What was the position of Terri when Michael found her? Answers given - First on her back. Then on stomach. Which on was it? 7. Was Terri breathing? Answers given - No and then Yes. 8. Who did Michael call?- Answers given - First 911 then Bobby Schindler. Later 911, Robert Schindler and Bobby Schindler? 9. Why was no CPR performed? Answers given?- Michael paniced, Terri was breathing. 10. Who determined the vomit found next to Terri to be from the cats? Why isn't it in the police report? 11. Michael told the police Terri and he had no MAJOR arguments lately. What about minor ones - perhaps the $80 haircut argument. 12. Why did Michael's lawyer show up at the hospital? When did Michael in all his distress call the lawyer? |

James You have a Mind of Avoidance. You only ask questions. You almost never answer any questions ask of you. Your questions are not for answers there are only used to make accusations, aspersions, and conjecture. |

This is a forum for people who wish to post facts in the Terri Schiavo case and/or their heartfelt opinion concerning the case. Besides. You haven't offered anything but your opinion as to the characters of George Felos, and Michael Schiavo. I see them both as low-lifes but that's my opinion from what I have documented on the Terri Schiavo case. |

I don't need to state opinion of George Felos and Michael Schiavo. The court documments states it all. I have known George Felos for over 20 years. He and his mother and father are good church going people. George is a loving father. He is an outstanding lawyer and has won many cases with honesty and good character. The slanderous and libelous statement make about him are unjustified and just a standard tool of the Randall Terry's evil methods and style of protest which is also used by the RTL, RR, and the Schindler supporters. If they can discedit him truthfully, they turn to falsehoods. For what I've see most of the time they just start with falsehoods. As for Michael Schiavo, I first met him at the 2000 court.Being close to the events and information of the case,I developed a great respect for Michael and became one of his supporters. He too has been attacked by the same evil minded individual and organizations that made their opinions base on hearsay and falsehoods. As for the Schindlers, all I will say is I have NO respect for them. especially Robert Schindler Sr. |

You talk of James Felos as if he was still alive and attending church. He has been dead since 1995. There are a lot of 'loving' fathers who are dishonest in their field of work. The fact that George Felos 'twists' the laws to serve his purpose says a lot about his character. I'd say having a spouse who's worked for the same people for close to 30 yrs(or longer) may play a big part in one opinion of certain people. You seem to know so much about Felos, and Michael Schiavo, maybe you can tell us where the other $1,300,000 from the malpractice suit went? That seems awful high for attorney fees. |

Would but, I can't even find where James Felos was liensced to practice law in Florida.Even George Felos didn't incorp Felos and Felos until Feb 17,1995. A few months before his father was 'accidently' backed over by a car, driven by his wife, and was killed. I know that like Charlie Crist, the Felos' shortened their name to Felos from Felopulos. I have to wonder why anyone would change their birth name.Usually, it's because they have something to hide. Maybe it wasn't George who handled the IRS cases? |
