Speaking of the Estelle Browning Case
If George Felos was Mrs. Browning attorney, why was James Felos (George's dad)the "Personal Representative of the Estate of Estelle Browning"? Strange, that Felos has never credited his father for his involement in that case. But then again why would George Felos want anyone to know that the case was legally James Felos' as can be proven by the fact that James Felos was handling the estate of Estelle Browning(as her legal Representative) on October 5, 1990? |

As I stated before George Felos is a outstanding lawyer. His father knowing this asked George to co-council. This is a normal practice of law firms. I could tell you of cases that no other lawyer would take and George took and won. Two cases against the IRS. Are you trying to make a negative? |

But the fact remains the Estelle Browning case belonged to James Felos. It's a shame that Felos uses his lawyer skills to deprive human beings of their right to life. |

It's a shame that George Felos has continued to take full credit for the Browning case and failed to give credit where credit was due. His father is said to have been a very good lawyer with many years of experience. No doubt he was instrumental in George becoming a lawyer and provided more than just his schooling. |

It was no surpise to me that documents on the Estelle Browning case were [are] not available from 1987-1989. But that little list of event thing did have George Felos handling the case in the 80s and his dad,James Felos, handing it in ,I believe 1990-91. If we are to believe this then it was George Felos who lost the origional case, and his dad who won the case George is taking credit for. Maybe, Cindi would know? |

Sorry. I should have said the records were not made public at the Pinellas County Clerk of Courts. Many people don't realize that the Estelle Browning case took place in Pinellas County. |
