Questions that I would have liked to have asked to Jay Wolfson
Jay Wolfson was the independent guardian appointed by JEB to look into Terri's situation in 2003. He made a lengthy report to JEB and seemed to be quite supportive to both the court's and Michael's actions to end Terri's life. Although Wolfson's report was lengthy and informative and Wolfson was invovled in several interviews about the case, he never really answered the tough questions or was asked the tough questions. Below are some of the questions people should have asked Jay Wolfson. Many of these quesitons remain unaswered to this day. How was Wolfson able to examine 30,000 pages of documents with any accuracy, interview dozens of witnesses, research numerous literatures, and visit with Terri for hours all in only a 30 day period? Did Wolfson actually sit down and interview with Carla Iyer, Heidi Law, Carolyn Johnson and Trudy Capone? Carla Iyer said that Terri was possibiliy injected with insulin and that she suffered insulin shock several times. What did the medical charts and notes specifically written by Carla Iyer, Carolyn Johnson, and possibilly Heidi Law reveal? Did Wolfson find gaps in Terri's medical record (missing records)? What was the second funeral that Terri apparently told her death wishes. The first funeral was her grandmother. What was the other one? How would Wolfson comment on the discovery process of Scott and Joan Schiavo. How those 2 witnesses never told Michael anything in 9 years and why it took over 2 years for Felos to find them. What would Wolfson's comments be on The Schindler's Lawyer Campbell in the 2000 trial. Her Possible conflicts of interest, failing to depose Scott and Joan Schiavo, the inability for the Schindlers to use Terri's fund to advocate for her life, etc. |

Governor Jeb Bush did not appointed Wolfson. October 31, 2003 - Judge Demers appoints Jay Wolfson, a public health professor at the University of South Florida, as Terri's guardian ad litem. He's supposed to represent Terri's best interest in court. http://justiceforterrischiavo.us/2003.htm |
