FYI- Everett Rice
Everett Rice, former Pinellas County Sheriff, was cleared of charges he misused his position by allowing the use of a patrol vehicle and two Deputies to participate in a political advertisement for a judge [Greer] while on duty. http://www.ethics.state.fl.us/ethics/press_releases/Jan07.pdf This was to be expected, considering the 'long arm' of the Pinellas County buddy system.
