Hello, Yeah.. I won't be trying it anytime soon. And their support was awful. I waited on the phone for 2 hours before I got someone on the phone, and then he said he'd have to transfer me to a specialized team. I waited for another 1/2 hour before hanging up. Okay.. here is everything I did with PM. First, I readjusted drives E (websites) and F (storage), by reducing their size. That worked no problem. I'm not sure what you mean by what layout I selected. I just told PM to merge the C & D partitions. D was an extended partition I believe. The resulting size would've been somewhere around 20 GB I think. PM was busy for about 5 minutes. I think it said is was about 67% done (not sure how many steps) and then threw that error saying the headers didn't match. It asked me to select continue and then rebooted. So, I thought it must have aborted the attempt. I see it did create a "programs" folder on the C drive, which is where the files were supposed to go. Hope that helps. okay.. I'm looking through your website and see some other references to the RAW data type. From what I read, it seems that I need to do a boot repair on that partition so that windows will read it as NTFS instead of RAW. Is that correct?
