I just started a new job recently and am having a harder time adjusting to it then I thought I would. I have never been a very assertive person and I think thats what the problem is. I need to figure out how to become more assertive without being overly aggressive so I can get people to listen to me and my ideas. I think if I could figure out how to do that I would be much more successful and have an easier time with my job. Thanks for all your prayers.
