Music Fest Lineup:

4:30-5 716
5:15-5:45 Jeff Bradbury
6-6:30 The Lara and Joe Show (funky kids' music)
6:45-7:15 Gildon Works
7:30-8 Rio Vouga
8:15-8:45 Blood Feather
9-10ish Mr. Unloved

The festival also features a juried art show by ArtStar, an afternoon flea market (spaces still available, contact kathy@scagliola.com), and the ever-popular free-beer-if-you-buy-a-$10-cup feature. Yards Beer, of course!!!

Volunteers are needed; especially folks willing to help load the stage out at 10 p.m.

When does it start? 2 pm? or is that just the flea market portion?

The music starts 4:30ish. Flea market and art show will probably be up and running by 3, maybe 2.

Wander over any time in the afternoon; things tend to sort of flow toward a beginning rather than start at a specific time.

Man, I signed up to jam acustic-style and sing my "Ode to Women's Jeans." I guess they bumped me. What gives? Now all you suckas gonna hear my Vespa battery pack revvin' full power for the whole concert.

I hope not CC, that would be really annoying.

The Music Fest. is held at the Liberty Lands park on 3rd Street just past Poplar. bring lawn chairs and blankets, 10$ and ID for the bottomless cup of yards beer. dog's welcome.

Dogs definitely welcome, but only on leashes. I'm hoping to bring a doberman puppy to the park Saturday, and I don't want her frightened by your lovely off-leash dog bounding up to her!

We also encourage children, bagpipes, and general hanging out.

Are there going to be lights this year? This last musicfest was freaking ridiculous. You were literally stepping on people in the dark walking through the park.

I havent heard an official word yet. I am HOPING that the event will continue today. This rain is supposed to stop around noon....

Has this been rescheduled for the 17th or the 24th??? Same lineup of bands? Any new details?
