ive lived in the city for almost 2 years now and my roommate and i are looking for a new place. i dont really have time to search craiglist everyday and we arent looking to move until august. someone suggested to get a real estate agent to help for the search. does anyone reccomend an agent or group? i would like to stay in northern liberties but there doesnt seem to be a lot of reasonably priced rentals around

i'm not sure if he does rentals but... i worked with patrick campbell @ the weichert office at 211 fairmount. i would absolutely recommend him. he saw through to the end a messy sale of my previous house and an even messier purchase of my new one and was very helpful & understanding throughout the process.
