Gilbert Nestor of Wipe Me Mommy passed away in New Orleans last week.He was a great sound man and a great guitar player and will be missed by all who worked and played with him.He loved life and loved the music buisness inside and out but he let his demons get the best of him. He believed that it was better to burn out than to fade away, but as a brother who worked and played music with him I would have rathered he faded away and spent more time with us.Gilbert, I hope you or in a better place than I am.
