Also in the spirit of the holiday, I will be holding the first annual jeffthomas.com ladies' open "gravy bowl wrestling" competition. Proceeds to benefit the Larry Flynt benevolence society.

Ellen, Nancy and I all ran and all finished. My goal was to finish the 5K in under 30 minutes, and I did 29:31 was my time, so I was happy...
