We got the High Neck Snood coats from http://greyhoundproducts.co.uk/Default.aspx?ProductID=389 for our two and they are excellent quality and keep them both warm and dry.

The zip up front/chest area seems to give them more protection than the normally cut coats.

Looks lovely and warm and also has an opening for the lead to go through.
