Thanks to Michele for highlighting this on Flicker.com which she posted on the Taggart thread.

The article ( One paw in the grave ) is by a person living around Dysart Harbour and they call them self DYSARTIAN.

It is a picture taken from their window of the the last GRF walk held at Ravenscraig Park Kirkcaldy
