I know this is not greyhound related, however whilst walking Quincy this morning we came across a golden Labrador walking by itself. It followed us then disappeared into one of the fields. I went and asked the farmer and its not his and there was no one else in the area. I dropped Quincy back at the house and went out for another look but to no avail. The dog didn't look obviously injured. I feel awful not being able to find it. I'm going to take Quincy back that way later. If anyone knows of anyone who may have lost this dog I seen it on the farm road near pirleyhill farm.

I'd like to let people know about Doglost. I know Celia and Jimmy have signed up and we have too.
People register their location with DogLost.co.uk and if a dog is lost in their postcode area they receive an email with details. Conversely if they lose their dog all other helpers local to them are notified.
It is scary to look at the number of dogs lost in the UK every day and not all lost dogs will be on the list.
