Well its getting nearer that time of year again, fireworks night and the desensitization dvd from the vet isnt having the desired effect on Quincy. I came across an advert for mutt muffs hehe industrial ear muffs for dogs. Everyone thinks Im crazy for even contemplating them but if they work Id happily try them for him. Does anyone have any experience of these??
Anyways this aside we have just returned from Dornoch, we stayed in a fabulous cottage called wester whinhill which sleeps up to 8 and has an indoor heated pool and sauna and they allow one dog. Quincy loved it and had a ball on the beach. Just another idea for dog friendly holidays.
I'm originally from Invergordon just a few miles south of Dornoch & every time I go home to visit I make a point of going up to Dornoch beach with my two greys, Adam & Amy. It's a fantastic place to just let them run & run & run.
