A Day at the Seaside

Kerry and I had a wonderful day at St.Andrews on Sunday. Karen, accompanied by Jess (we just can't seem to shake her off) took us in her extremely comfortable car and we met up with quite a lot of our new friends, all of whom seemed glad to see us. We also were introduced to a source of gravy bones, the memory of which will stay with me for a long time. I'm certainly looking forward to meeting that gentleman again!
It was sunny and the sand was warm beneath our toes. I've never seen so many other peculiar breeds of dogs in my life and neither has Kerry. Quite boring really. How can a dog relish his gravy bones if he's running wildly all over the beach?
Kerry is a bit poorly with her sore tail but Celia is attending to it tomorrow and she should be fit as a fiddle again in a few days.
However I have to ask one question ..... a day at the seaside? WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR ICE CREAMS????
