I absolutely agree, there is nothing more annoying when we walk Floyd to see other dogs running all over the place and their owner telling you “it’s ok my dog is fine, he won’t do anything”. Well how can you know that, he is maybe fine at home but you can never know. I think Floyd would not go for other dog but I am not going to try it, you never know what could happen. Dog is a dog, does not know better, you have got responsibility for a dog so you should behave that way.
