I was up at the kennels yesterday. Basically they are now at bursting point. Dogs are not being rehomed at present and others are being returned. Everyone is being affected by the economic downturn.
To quote (or misquote) Dog's Trust "A dog is for ever not just for Christmas".
If there are doglovers seriously thinking about taking on a greyhound as a pet or as a companion to their existing grey, now would be a good time to contact Greyhound Rescue Fife and speak to Celia or Jimmy. Let them make you an offer you can't refuse.
