Jack is settling in well in Glasgow and has been doing a great job getting over some of his fears. He's been very playful and affectionate. Loves walks in the park, playing fetch with his stuffed animal toys, stealing my slippers, and of course eating
Update: Thanks to some great advice from GRF volunteers, Jack is overcoming some of his fears. Apparently having noises around that he couldn't see or identify was freaking him out, and listening to a CD of sound effects to prove they were out to get him helped a lot. So he can now walk down the hallway in my building with minimal coaxing, and be calm on the lead (at least until he hits a 'sensory overload' point and wants to go home). But otherwise he's past his wee meltdown and back to his normal silly self.
Amanda: where do you live in Glasgow? And where do you and the pack go? I'm in Yorkhill, and usually go to Kelvingrove Park with Jack.
