I have emailed the Planning Department this am after my shift at work(3 am ), and I just hope planning is granted 3rd time lucky. The Greyhound Rescue Fife is a special place, run and assisted by special people, for the love of the very special dogs. The council MUST be getting alot of mail in support of Celia and Jimmys plans. Surely this will help turn things around in their favour?
