How bad is the snow at Baltree?

Hi Celia and Jimmy and Volunteers,
I'm thinking about you in this wintry weather, while I sit in my cosy office working away. There are so many jobs at the kennels that involve getting cold and wet in this kind of weather, never mind the stress of travelling. I guess the dog walker is earning its keep big time.
I get frozen just looking after my 4 in this weather - never mind 44! I wish I lived a bit closer to lend a hand. The dogs are so lucky to have you - not just the current intake but the hundreds who are snuggled up in comfy homes because you gave them another chance.
Please post if there's anything you need in the way of provisions.
Marion

Re: How bad is the snow at Baltree?

Hi Marion,
Thank you for your kind thoughts.
The snow is 5" deep at the kennels which makes everything that wee bit harder. However, as you say, we are very cosy walking the dogs in our dog walker. Also, there are no midges around !!!!
We also have our 4WD which makes travelling OK.
The great thing about now is that it makes the good weather seem even better.
Thank you for your kind offer of help.
We hope to see you when the weather breaks.
Celia, Jimmy and the gang.
