A big fluffy dog straying in Lochgelly

I have just gone outside and seen a big fluffy dog (a husky or a scottish collie-it was dark so I could not recognise) walking back and forth in the street. It is quite late, so I think the dog must be from somewhere near or just got lost when being on a night walk. What should I do if I spot the dog tomorrow morning? I have no clue who I should contact...

Re: A big fluffy dog straying in Lochgelly

I have not seen the dog today yet. Yesterday was cruising around. Huskies are "cheeky escapers". If I see the dog again today I will use the contacts you have given to me. Thanks.
