On the walk today somebody asked where I got my leads from. The answer is eBay from the seller 10blackdog.

Here's a link to a lead that looks very much like mine - click me. They are handmade to what I would say is very high quality. If you want a length or width that they don't have listed just contact them and they'll make one up to your specification.

The only thing I found was that it was supplied like this, and I had to cut off one of the brass rings to use the lead how I wanted it (easy enough with a vice and a junior hacksaw)
