Carrie, Squeek and Spot send lots of love to their Auntie Celia and Uncle Jimmy and would like to thank them so much for what they have done for them and for all the hundreds and hundreds of other happy hounds who have been in their care. They also hope that all the hounds at the kennels, find a loving and happy home very soon.

For all the people who have lost a beloved hound this year, our thoughts are with you all. We know what that pain feels like now, as we also lost our first beautiful Greyhound in October this year (Leo, aged nearly 12 - Droopy's Lion), and the pain you feel is unbelievable. We are still crying when we think of him and miss him so much, but have found that by adopting another Greyhound, or even two, that it has helped our pain so much. Fun and laughter has come back into our home again and Carrie has ended up with two new brothers to play with. So we hope that one day, when you feel ready and the pain has eased a bit, that you may consider adopting another beautiful hound and give them the same chance of a happy life, that you gave to the beloved hound that you lost.
