Hi Folks,

Celia and I would like very much to thank Willie and Linda Moffat, the main sponsors of our dog show for their latest and most superb donation to Greyhound Rescue Fife.
As you all know, our kennels are being refurbished. At the moment the kitchen and sitting area are almost complete. Willie and Linda have donated a full four unit stainless kitchen for us. It is absolutely magnificent and sets off the new kitchen beautifully. It was manufactured individually to fit into our kitchen space. Willie and Linda you are two absolute gems. While work is still progressing we have left the protective covering on the stainless steel.

Wow that was a very nice gesture from them. Once all the work is done I think joey and Sue may come and pay you both a visit and maybe have a play in your runs. That won't be till the middle of the summer anyways. They will both be under strict instructions to not pick another friend (sadly). But I am sure given half the chance our two will sleep in their beds and eat all their food a bit like goldielocks haha.
Hope the refurbishments continue to go well and hopefully we will see the finished article soon

Gosh! You've gone all Masterchef for Greyhounds! It's a wonderful gift and will make super hygienic area for food prep, etc. Also loved the pic of Celia christening the GRF canteen! But what happened to Jock's magic sofa? Has it been relegated following all this refurbishment, or just temporarily removed?
I can't imagine how you have all managed throughout the inevitable disruption but I note that resident numbers are up to 41 (at least) again, so I assume you are near the end of the journey now. Congratulations!

Well he won't fall off it again. It's crossed the sofas answer to Rainbow Bridge.

On a much more serious note however we've heard that Linda Moffat is not keeping too well at the moment so we all wish you a very speedy recovery Linda. We are all looking forward to seeing you again soon.

It's so nice we're frightened to lay anything on top of it.

Get using it - that's what it was meant for! And invest in some Stainless Steel Rescue - magic stuff.
The greyhounds will be expecting gourmet dinners from now on, you know, none of this just opening a tin and a bit of all-in-one.
