If you want to change something that you have posted on the new calendar, maybe the date or time, or maybe you can't make an appointment that you have booked, will you just send me the details by email and I'll do it for you. Unfortunately only the administrator can change things.

Thanks John, I was already thinking that we may need a second layer of contact to cover emergencies. Maybe we can create an e-mail group of time-flexible walkers so that we can be alerted at the same time as someone asks you to delete their entry. That's some way down the road, though, let's see how many people sign up to the calendar first.
