Over the years GRF has only charged what we pay for heuterings as our adoptions cost. We made zero profit with these figures but kept an even keel with boarding and donations.
Covid 19 has decimated a lot of our ways of income Covid 19 is not going away, so to keep our finances strong we have had to agree to an adoption figure of £180 for a male or a female. This is still below what most rescues charge. On adoption the muzzles, collars leads and vaccinations are still included in the price. The rise is with immediate effect.

I totally support this increase, Celia and Jimmy. I personally think you could have made the change sooner and made the price higher but it's probably wise to make incremental changes and monitor effect with time.
I also think COVID 19 will ultimately lead to all rescues seeing an increase in new/returned dogs needing their help, although I hope I'm wrong, so you will need to be in good shape at that time.
