Just a quick update on Rocco who is settling in very well and is such a sweetheart. I'm afraid we had to rename him, as Rio was too similar to my son's name (Theo) but he's already learning to respond. It took him a while to settle at night but he's now sleeping happily in the hall with Amber - though he is making sure we know when he's ready to get up in the morning to go out! His lead walking is much improved and he only pulls when he sees something exciting - especially the local cats and foxes. Other than some panicky wees in the first couple of days he has been completely clean in the house and non-destructive - though he has sadly shown kleptomaniac tendencies, amassing a large collection of stolen items in the crate. It would probably help if we didn't find it so funny as it's only encouraging him! He's such a sweet boy and has been a lovely addition to our family.

Thanks, Liz for such a lovely update on Rocco's (was Rio) progress and antics. He was such a favourite at the kennels and so deserving of a fantastic forever home, particularly with Amber (was Gem) to show him the ropes.
