Can anyone give me information on the area northeast of Christmas Valley appx. 5 miles east on C Valley Hwyway , then abt 5 miles up Fossil lake Rd. (Co Rd. 14D) . Considering a land-buy up that way next summer.
Can you park an RV permanently on land ? Is there time limit?
Want a rural area / few animals/etc. Place permanent for myself and my family/grandkids can enjoy in summer.
Cost of water (well) ,septic, power. etc.
* Also does Christmas Valley have a library?
Also read about an area of pollution in this area caused by a toxic waste dump? Can you elaborate on that and exactly where in reference to C.Valley area?
