Am I the only who's stopped jumping up and down long enough to post this tidbit from the newsletter:

"Chris Stamey, Peter Holsapple, Gene Holder, and Will Rigby will be recording together in early January 2005. Stayed tuned for what happens with these recordings. The few songs that there is time to record will probably wind up on an new Holsapple/Stamey album, but if things go great maybe there'll actually be a NEW dB's album. Did hell freeze over or something?"

Um... YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Can we get some details? New songs? Whose? Re-visits of old songs? Great cover choices like "Here Without You?" Or do we have to just twiddle our thumbs patiently?

And what are the chances that it WON'T 'go great'?
