Just wondering if any of you Windy City dB's fans could recommend a decent, reasonable hotel nearby the House of Blues. I know the area around the HOB is definitely not the cheap part of town. I'm flying in from North Carolina for the dB's shows, so a good hotel bargain would be greatly appreciated. I'd prefer to stay within walking distance--within 5-7 blocks in any direction would be ideal. Anyone have reliable info? Thanks.

There are a ton of hotels right in the area. However, most are pretty pricey - $150 to $200 a night. There is a Hampton Inn on West Street/Grand Ave. which is only a couple of blocks from the House of Blues. The House of Blues also has rooms which would be pretty convenient.

Just wondering if you have had any luck? I live in Chicago, and might be able to give you some direction if you still need it!

I'm going to definitely try piceline.com for accomodation.Could someone tell me the area House of Blues is in for I'd prefer a hotel not too far away from it.
