iTunes just shuffled "I Am A Tree" by Peter Holsapple and "Last Time I Looked" by Peter Case (of Plimsouls fame, and a great, underrated solo artist). It was a complimentary mix, and I'd never really considered the similarity of vocal inflections and melodic sensibilities, though I always think of the dB's and Plimsouls together (and Eddie Munoz was a dB for 13.4 hours once, right?).

A Peter and Peter collaboration disc, like Mavericks, would be a gem!

I meant what must people mean when they use that term: "underrewarded."

Ah, to the world's great underrewarded artists!

i guess "underrated" is just easier to say!

But yeah, Peter Case is brilliant.
